I booked an appointment to do shellac nails and requested french manicure, then was told by the owner that there's not enough time to do french as it takes 45min and they book apts for half an hour only!! Then I requested to re-book my apt and she told I have to pay penalty for re-book!! So why don't they book an apt to have sufficient time to carry out customers request? Or why don't they tell customers their silly rules so we are aware? Cheap but very low class service. Only one good thing - nait technician, she is very good and professional, she went extra mile to help me. Other than that - you gwt what you pay for. Better pay more and go somewhere where customers are respected.

Despite the place being empty when I arrived, I was asked to sit and wait while the staff cleaned up the treatment room from the previous client. I happened to notice that one of the other treatment room beds was also covered in dirty towels and tissue, surely this should be removed and cleaned straight after a treatment.
The wax was ok, and pretty cheap at it's half price £15 offer, but i'd be dissappointed if i was to pay full price as it was a bit of a slapdash job which i had to finish off myself when I got home.
