I really enjoyed my aromatherapy massage. The masseur was thorough & thoughtful, and lay hot towels over each limb after she had massaged it which was really nice. The only issue I have is that the salon itself is in poor shape & is dirty - I could see a v messy laudary room when I walked it & the staff were just chucking dirty towels in there despite there being clients in the waiting area. It doesn't create the best ambiance. The customer service also could be better. With a lick of paint and some general maintenance, the salon would instantly be more appealing.

You come into the salon through an off licence but the salon is quite nice, there's a relaxing music in the background. Please note that at he end of the service they will try to sell you a voucher for another service - this can be quite annoying really.

Firstly, the place is not very nice. It is very untidy and doesn't feel clean. But the waxing was satisfactory. Not very painful and the lady was nice and chatty. I am satisfied with the result.

The place is abit hidden and not the nicest from the outside, but the inside is clean. The girl i had did a good job, I had a brazilian and it was quick and almost painless.
