Had to ring up the venue to be told that my appt at 4pm was not available. They re-scheduled me to 5pm which was ok. However when I arrived at 5pm expecting the appt to start on time, I waited for 15mins. After 15 mins, when I asked how long the wait will be the receptionist said another 10 minutes. I think it's bad to make a customer wait almost 30 minutes so I walked out of the appointment.

The saloon is very well located between aldgate and shoreditch high street! Rhiddis is very nice and my waxing was good. Good location & good value!

The treatment was done super well, the girl was very precise and checked that I was ok througout the entire duration. The place is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is professional and very sweet :-) great value for money.
