The venue isnt great, its far from a luxurious experience and the professionalism of a good salon isnt there - the rooms open out to the guest waiting rooms so everyone waiting can see you, you're asked publically in reception what treatment you're there for, the other therapists knock on the door several times during your treatment to ask how long is your therapist going to be, and when your therapist answers she may choose or not choose to open the door and have a full on natter during your treatment while you're sitting there exposed. All of that aside though and on to the actual wax - I can honestly say in my 5 years experience of Hollywood hot waxes, this was truely one of the best hollywood hot waxes I've ever had. Krishma was thorough and made sure not a single hair was left. The wax used although they don't know what it's called, was great and left me feeling moisturised unlike some hot waxes which leave you feeling dry. They were also very kind and accommodating even though I turned up to my appointment extremely late, and very kindly managed to fit me in. All in all, for a £25 wax you really can't go wrong with this place, would definitely recommend it if you just want the job done.
