The staff are friendly and professional and its value for money however they can improve in the hygiene department by using a new/fresh waxing stick every time they dip it in the wax pot rather than reusing the same one - I got a Brazilian.

My massage was good, and therapist was nice. However, they were running 15-20 minutes behind schedule for my 16:00 appointment which, if I had been in a rush, would have been an issue. Interestingly, 30 min after my appointment time, I received an email from Treatwell stating that my appointment had been rescheduled to 16:15.
