I had a waxing treatment. Staff was very friendly and accepted additional area I requested (as they had enough time). I felt really eased because of her service.

This is the second time for my visit in one year and both times I have been the first customer and both times the shop hasn't been open because of delays to the train. So I've had to return in 30mins, which is fine as I wasn't working but no one called to confirm they would be in late there was no notification. Apart from that the staff are lovely and the braxilian was great.
