Personally, I didn't like that clinic is located in the basement. However, staff was nice and waxing as well was good

Pros- quick, good type of wax, price is okay Cons- staff and owner not very friendly, so quick that they do not make sure that everything is properly done you have to double check, bring your wipes they do not provide it.

Agree with some of the other reviews that this isn't the cleanest or most luxurious spa you will go to, however it was one of the most painless waxes I've had! Really great, would definitely go back.
