Just to get it out of the way - the premises is not the best. It's dingy and a bit messy and underneath a bottle store. However the staff are friendly, the process was very quick and it was very cheap. Days later and I haven't had any dry/flakey skin as I have with other providers and the coverage seems to be very good. I would recommend and will be returning. Only negative feedback would be the premises as mentioned and the fact that the wax was hotter than I'd expect - just verging on uncomfortable. The benefits make up for this though.
