I had been going to this place a number of times for waxing over the past year or so and each time they would insist I purchase one of their prepaid vouchers for my next waxing session. I initially had no problems with purchasing these in advance. However recently I went after a few months since I'd had a tough few months of final exams and had been unable to come in. I was then told on arrival these vouchers have an expiry date (something that was was definitely NEVER mentioned and is not written on the voucher itself at all), and so would have to PAY AGAIN!! Very very disappointed in them, as they clearly have no sense of customer loyalty and no understanding at all. They have on their system that I am a member and have paid. They essentially cheated me out of my money as the money I paid for the voucher has now already gone through to them and I had no treatment done in the end. I can't repeat enough how disappointed I am in this place. Unless you want to be cheated out of your money I suggest you do NOT go here. They have no sense of customer loyalty or satisfaction whatsoever - they just want to cheat people out of their money whenever and however they can. I do not trust them anymore.

The staff and the ambiance are nice. The salon is clean and staff uses hot wax which is hard to find in London!

Brazilian Waxing
It was a pleasant experience as always. Being quick and efficient, I never wait long at Ridhis, making it the perfect place for a busy woman to pop in and get out and finish the rest of her day.
Hollywood Waxing
Had to wait 30 mins to get seen and staff didn't seem too bothered that I had an appointment. It was only after I asked how much longer I would have to wait to be seen since my appointment was 30 mins in, that staff took a blind bit of notice of me.
After this, staff were polite and appointment got better. I am happy with my nails and the attention that was paid to them.
Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
The ambiance and the staff is really cool, nice and friendly. The waxing is pretty fast which is very good. Mostly the result was very nice (especially hollywood bikini !). However, I saw later during the day that I had some hairs left (bikini and legs) which could have been removed with tweezer.
