The ambience does not look like the image. The lady made me feel comfortable though and it was a good wax. They did say that they change the wax for each customer but it was more like they used up most of the wax; there was a little left in the bowl and she put fresh wax in. This is not changing the wax. In my opinion, she should have cleaned out the bowl.

The staff are great, although the salon really needs a fresh coat of paint as its a bit grungy (The pictures are not of the actual salon). The service was fabulous and long lasting though.
