Treatmenta and staff are good but when it comes to the owner, it's the worse customer service ever. She doesn't give a toss about her clienta and she doesn't appreciate them.

The place is quite untidy but I did expect this after reading reviews. Good if you're after a quick in and out wax. The lady was lovely but left hair on the sides and when I asked her to fix it she said it was going to be £10 extra. I of course wanted it removed so the price I booked for didn't reflect what I paid. First time ever that a salon has not included this section of bikini line in the cost.
