The therapist was lovely and she made my Hollywood wax as quick, painless and comfortable as possible. However, I was also 'casually' asked why I did not want to become a member, thus only 4 stars from me.

I visited this place a few years ago and was satisfied with that visit. This time was traumatic. Wax was so brutal, painful and pulled. The wax is a cheap wax and really tugged on everything.The girl was very pleasant but the standards for the price are poor. I've now actually got red marks on my thighs where the wax has taken off the surface layer .
What could be better...
Better quality wAx that sets hard and its pulled out quickly. Feeling the rug in intimate areas is really not nice. Invest in good quality wax .
Better beds and bed covers
Better pre treatment and tea tree at the end.
Feels like corners are cut with wholesale own brand wax. £60 is the average going rate for full leg and bikini in the city but standard not the same.
The bed was old and dipped in the middle.
Wasn't a particularly tidy place.
Sadly won't be going again.

Really, really bad waxing experience. It was very painful, the therapist was unskilled and struggled to remove the wax and my skin has been sore and inflamed ever since. I have visited Riddhis for many years now and never had a bad experience before, so this may just be a one off!
