I’ve been going to this salon for quite a while now and the treatment is always really good, although as others have said the décor / beauty rooms are a little grubby. Unfortunately at this treatment the towel was really dirty, which has happened to me there before. This time I asked for it to be changed and the therapist apologised and changed it straight away however she noted that the replacement towel was also not very clean due to ‘fairy’ they use. On the whole, the service was fine, upon inspection at home, not as good as it normally is but fine all the same, I would just suggest new towels.

The treatment I had (hollywood) was done very well.
And I was very pleased with the outcome.
One thing that did put me off going back however was the hard sell they did when I was leaving, to pay upfront for my next service with them then and there through buying a special voucher with them (or they wouldn't give me their salon special price).
I would have most definitely gone back to be honest (before they started hard selling like that) as I was pleased with the service/treatment.
But the way they tried to persuade me to pay upfront for my next treatment was a little pushy and I felt uncomfortable.
So guys, good treatments just please ease up on the hard selling at the end :)
