Waxing was done properly. A refresh of the venue would be more than welcome to make it more friendly and a deep clean as well. The lady was really friendly.

Not a very nice venue, but the technicians are highly skilled. I booked an appointment but was rushed through it, no consultation about what I wanted first, and rushed out the door after about 7 minutes. Not a pleasant experience. (And they stated they have better rates if you don't book on Treatwell).

Love the staff, they are always very friendly. Sometimes you have to wait for your appointment, but they have also been very flexible when you are running late too! :)
