Staff was nice but unfortunately my eyebrows were threaded into a terrible shape that looks extremely unflattering... The masseuse applied no pressure during the foot massage.

I always get waxed here because the staff are really good and quick but this time it was someone new who was new to the place and the wax wasn't as good - still quite a bit of hair left after the wax, very quick regrowth and it took a lot longer than usual.
