I have been at Riddish 3 times with 3 different therapists.
The first time has been good but last time everything was awful.
The place was dirty and the therapist 1 was unfriendly and bored.
I made a mistake to book my wax. I booked Hollywood and underarm hot wax (40pound) instead half arm strip wax .
At first the therapist 1 told me that I couldn't change any treatment, but in the end she told me that's fine, but you have to pay 8 pound more.
So I paid for 3 treatment but I got just two.
Furthermore she forgot to put some after wax lotion on my arms and I was sticky.

The service was good. I had to wait for 10 mins, but it didn't bother me. The place is a bit difficult to find, but the lady that did the waxing was very nice and quick!
