I will start with the pros: my hair dresser was lovely, very sweet, really did her best and I appreciate her customer service.
The sad part is that the haircut is unfortunately terrible, after showing her the reference photo I got this sinking feeling she might not be confident in doing it. It was supposed to be a layered long bob and unfortunately I’ve left with a choppy haircut where you can actually count the layers. So sorry, I wouldn’t recommend this place for a haircut 😔
