Have been here multiple times but my last experience was horrible. Most painful wax I have had in a long time w/ the therapist continually trying to rip the wax off before it was ready - not pleasant. She also kept commenting on the thickness of my hair which I found strange & unprofessional. There was also an extremely filthy fan in the room that didn't help the ambience. Disappointed as used to love this place!

The place is tired and not very clean, but from what I understand they are moving to a new premises imminently. The staff gave me a very warm welcome, and were very professional throughout the treatment. The Hollywood was probably the best one I've ever had and was virtually pain free. Overall, I am very happy and will re-visit .
