The staff seem lovely but the service isn't amazing. They try to sell you offers for your next visit and seemed funny when I said I prefer to book through treatwell. The wax was too hot so I got burnt despite saying it was too hot about 6 times.

Amazing service, I was out in 20 minutes and Riddhi endured the waxing was extremely quick and very pain free. Will definitely be revisiting!
