The first time I came here the staff were lovely, but the last two times, I've had a different lady and she's not been as friendly. The place is really run down and the ambience isn't great. The eyebrow threading was rushed and no care was put into it so I won't be doing that again. The hollywood hot wax is very good though and good value for money. It's a shame my experience wasn't good this time as the first time it was very good.

I wouldn't recommend it or go back. :( The therapist had a cold and kept using the sheet I was lying on to wipe her nose, the place was grubby, the therapist didn't seem adequately trained - not sure what she was trying to do but it wasn't good.
