Honestly the worst wax I’ve ever experienced. The place doesn’t just need a lick of paint as some of the comments suggest. It’s dingy and absolutely filthy. The staff were unbelievably rude and unwelcoming and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The woman doing my wax refused to turn the heat down despite me saying numerous times it was burning me which left me with sore burnt skin which the beautician insisted was because I had ‘sensitive skin’. My skin was so burnt it peeled off a few days later. The treatments are ridiculous expensive for such a disgusting clinic. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here even if you were paid to.

This is not somewhere I would recommend going if you are looking for a tranquil spa experience. However the staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and tidy. The therapist was incredibly efficient and did a good job.
