I went here and my friend was very well taken care of and thoroughly advised which she loved but I felt like my treatment was a bit rushed. My therapist was quite good and asked me what I wanted and was a good listener but I would have liked more advice and more of a discussion on brows as I paid £10 for the treatment and I usually pay £6. It was just a bit transactional that's all but otherwise they seem to know what they are doing.
