Was kept waiting for 20 mins while other therapists ate burgers. My therapy came in from outside and did my threading without washing her hands - no smile, no rapport with customer. End results were good however and the price was fair.

The new studio looks great, the staff was lovely as usual and did the whole full legs + waxing in only 25 minutes; I barely felt anything. Great, as always
