I went for a brasilian waxing. I am very happy with the treatment and the staff was really nice. However the ambience and the decoration are not the best.

I had a different therapist to who I usually have, first impression wasnt great - she was late. I’m a regular and usually come here for a Hollywood wax but my most recent one wasn’t pleasant at all. My second complaint was when my therapist took off the wax, it was slow and wasn’t in one quick motion. It took 2 slow tugs which made it even more painful than usual. They usually turn on a fan to help with cooling down the wax, mine was on the maximum setting - I was cold already and having a loud tornado coming at me didn’t help! So, experiences will vary depending on the therapist. In the past i’ve had lovely ones. Just a shame that my last one wasn’t, she was very moody especially at the end.
