£39 “luxury” manicure. Cuticles not done properly, I was told that my cuticles “were too sensitive and we couldn’t soak them in warm water” to soften them. Cuticle dust and flakes not properly cleaned off my nail and painted on. Cuticle machine damaged nails. Inconsistent paint application, leaving nails splotchy and chipped 1 day later. Had to request for fine file multiple times to smooth my nail edges as this had not been completed. Questionable hygiene practices. Waste of time and money.
