Whilst the treatment I had was good, I can’t rate the salon highly because everything else was sadly not good. The whole place needs redecorating and a thorough clean. The therapists were watching TV and ignored me in the room for 10 minutes. Need to remember people are paying for a service you’re not doing them a favor.

When I went for my wax, the address online was not updated to reflect their move, so I was late for my appointment. That being said, the ladies were very gracious when I explained the mishap. They are also cash only below 30, which I did not know until I tried to pay at the end. It was a little uncomfortable after I paid because they could not find any change for me and kept asking their colleagues if they had any to spare. Overall, my wax was decent. The entire process did not take too long, but there were a few stray hairs I discovered upon returning home. Decent value.
