From the moment I walked in I felt uncomfortable. The older lady who did my treatment was rude, and I could barely hear her as she mumbled instructions. I was not told prior to the treatment that I couldn’t pay by card, so had to walk down the road and queue at an atm with no make up on because she insisted I paid before putting my make up back on. Terrible service, even for the discounted price.
