This company are misleading. On Treatwell, they say the eyebrow threading is a £20 service and you're getting 50% off by paying £10, instead you are actually being charged 43% more than the £7 amount stated clearly in huge writing in the salon.
So the experience started with me already feeling a bit irritated that i was charged 43% more.
The treatment then started 10 mins late which irritated me more.
Finally the eyebrows weren't even done well, they were rushed and there are still loads of stragglers, and when i mentioned for them to be corrected she just said i have gaps in my eyebrows and sat down. There is no friendly atmosphere at all, you're treated as if your on a conveyor belt, not a paying customer.
Would not recommend this salon!!!

Body exfoliation was very relaxing and pritti was very good asking if the pressure was ok. Eyebrow threading was fine as well. I would have liked a little tidy of longer hairs with scissors too but I think she ran out of time (I was 5 mins late to the salon) would come back
