Lovely private room, didn't have any noise from outside. They had prepped for the hot weather by having a fan in there and I was asked whether I wanted the fan facing towards or away from me. They also checked the pressure which is appreciated.

Waste of money. This was not a particularly cheap facial, and I left feeling that my face hadn't even been cleansed properly. At no point was I asked about my skincare routine or how my skin reacts to products. Very disappointed with the facial.
