The welcome isn't always that warm, and the salon is very basic, but the ladies who do my waxing are nice and they do a brilliant job. The hot wax is amazing. Barely feel a thing, and it's quick so I can get it done on my lunch break.

Ok experience. Staff set up whilst I was waiting, no air con in this heat and rushed the eyebrow threading which was really painful. The staff were not very warm or friendly.

Really unwelcoming customer service. No attempt at being hospitable. I got my eyebrows threaded and have small blood blisters were the thread snagged on my skin. The overall shape is nice but a few hairs remain which could have been removed. Service was fast, a give us your money and go vibe. Better service and experience found elsewhere. I will not be returning.
