The Indian Head massage was very disappointing. Firstly it was done lying down and I had to turn half way through. There was absolutely no massage of the neck. Facial massage was good but massage of scalp was not great. The techniques did not seem skilled at all (compared to other IHM I’ve had at other venues). I’m not convinced that the therapist has actually been trained in IHM and instead was just giving it a go, as any non-professional would. I wish I’d opted for back neck and shoulder massage as this may have been more competent. I was given several minutes in the room alone before treatment and told to rest in the room for 5 mins after, in total the massage couldn’t have lasted more than 20 minutes. Very disappointing.

SO painful and not very thorough - I had to ask the technician to continue when she said she was finished. Good value for money but next time I'd definitely pay more and go elsewhere for a better service and less pain.
