The therapist did a great job with my wax - she was really gentle and it hardly hurt at all. Definitely the least painful wax I've ever had, and she regularly checked I was okay with the temperature of the wax.
While I had a few hairs left over after she had finished my wax, she did ask me to check if I was happy, and offered to go over the areas with hair remaining again.
