I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and no one was around in the main area of the shop. I waited until several minutes after my appointment was due to start and called out for someone as I could hear voices in the rooms, but still no one emerged. Eventually a woman came out and seemed confused that I was there and was referencing a booking. In the end I was asked to wait, and my threading commenced 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I've had my eyebrows threaded a lot, and this was one of the slower and more painful times I've experienced. Overall, unimpressed with the experience and won't return.
