wax is always spot on, the least painful i've ever had it, staff are brilliant - so lovely and chatty. however, don't expect anywhere swanky as its really not that kinda place! im pretty low maintenance so dont mind, especially for the price. totally worth it in my opinion, especially given a lot of places nearby can be up to double

Even though I accidentally arrived about 7 minutes early and got seen right away, the appointment felt very rushed. The thread they used was a bit thick so it was painful (my skin was very ref afterwards which doesn’t happen to me). Also they missed a few hairs which I had to tweeze myself afterwards. It was okay for the price but don’t think I’ll go back.
