I always go to Riddhis and have been for years but this around it seems they had a lot new staff or at least staff I’d never seen before. The person who waxed me seemed inexperienced and fairly young but I gave her the benefit of the doubt.
So applied the wax when it was extremely hot. She didn’t apply it to completely dry before removing so it made the experience extremely painful. There was a lot residue left over that I had to remove and still hair in some places.
I will return to Riddhisbeautyclinic but not allow her to wax me again.

Unfortunately I was really disappointed with this place. The threading was extremely painful (and I've been getting threaded for nearly 5 years now so I know what to expect!) and the woman performing my treatment didn't wash her hands or sanitize before beginning. Also it's cash only unless you pay more than $31, and the atm outside charges a fee.
