This is my salon for mani/pedi's. I prefer to go to the same technician because of quality of service.
However I booked online this time which means you get whoever is available.
I got the manager thinking it would be ok. But the pedicure was anything but relaxing. She spent the whole time looking at the door seeing who was entering, talking to the staff member next to her not looking at my foot and kept scrapping my leg with the ruff stone which cut my skin & stung when I put back into water!
