Not at all great, and certainly not a treat – despite booking it was overcrowded, and all customers were being passed from pillar to post. Walk-ins were being seen first and I had my hands stuck in acetone for a good 30 minutes (even getting shouted at when I dared to take them out as my fingers had been bleached by the chemicals whilst the walk-ins were seen. Wrong shape, wrong varnish, and (according to the staff) wrong length as it was more incovenient to them. Nice!

The spa itself isn't the nicest and not particularly clean/ quite dated, however the manicure and pedicure were pretty good - so if you're not looking for a 'great' and just want a good mani or pedi at a good price then the is a pretty good place.
