It was very busy so my appointment was pushed back by about 20 mins, fine as I wasn’t in a rush and the end result was still a good job but it wasn’t the best on a sunny day to be sat around waiting.

This is the second time I Have been here. On the first I booked via treatwell but opted to pay at the salon. I.was satisfied with the treatment however I was charged more than the price stated on treatwell. I disputed this showing them the treatwell email.
On this occasion I paid directly to treatwell. The lady was different to the one I had last time. She Waxed my eyebrows but left a large area between my eyebrows...I had to.ask her to wax it, also ive noticed a lot of areas where she has not Waxed properly. I would not have this lady wax me again. I now have to find someone else how can wax my eyebrows properly.
