I rarely write bad reviews but this was possibly the worst wax I have ever had. It was obvious that the beauty therapist had no idea what she was doing. The hot wax wasn't ready and she burnt me progressively - I had to ask to move a different wax. She then was not letting the hot wax dry before trying to pull it off. I was burnt, covered in wax and she missed huge areas. It was so shockingly bad that I couldn't even comment at the time I just had to leave. I now need to get another wax to fix the areas missed.
