The staff were very friendly, the tint and wax were excellent value for money, and I like the loyalty card that was handed to me at the end (shall definitely reutrn). My only criticism is of the room where the treatment took place: it could do with a bit of a make-over, and would have been nice if the treatment table was covered in a large sheet of paper, or at least a clean cushion provided as the one I had to lie on looked a bit stained.

This isn't a fancy salon and could definitely use a bit of a spruce, but I'm happy with my manicure and pedicure for the price.

So busy when I arrived, that even though I made an appointment I had to wait a bit, but my nails are beautiful! I get so many compliments on them!

Very happy. I arrived early for my treatment but they seated me straight away. They took time removing the gel, which meant it came off easily and the nails themselves were not damaged. They offered me a drink and were pleasant. The charges were competitive and they have a loyalty scheme. I've passed the card to a friend who lives locally, as I am not often in Richmond, along with my recommendation.
