It was pleasant and efficient. Quite a small space for such a large turnover so it is advised to book in advance and come in with a clear idea of what you want.

I booked pedicures for myself and my sister quite last minute at the Richmond Spa. The staff were all great and the treatments were good but it did take quite a long time as we were sat down but not started for a while.
