I needed to get a permanent manicure in London as I wanted to start having SNS manicure. I had tried a salon in East Acton which was such a bad first experience, the SNS was no near good. I was really disappointed and worried about choosing my next salon, so I reached out to a friend who recommended Richmond Spa. I am so glad I went there, the nails were done perfectly! The staff is super friendly, offered me tea while I waited. Took their time with my nails, did not rush the job! My new fave :)

Always a great experience here, gel nails are done flawlessly and the removal of the previous polish always thorough. The range of colours available is extensive compared to a lot of other salons too. :)
