The nails are not the shape I asked for (I wanted square and they’re round), and the acrylics are too thick (‘bubble’-like), despite me asking the technician twice to please sand them down a bit thinner to be more natural. They are short so there’s no reason for them to be this thick. The staff were very nice but unfortunately I didn’t feel listened to.
