Despite making an appointment we were told the system didn't log the times correctly. My friend goes back while the manager ushers a just arrived client forward while I'm waiting for my appointment. The salon was dusty, didn't feel clean or cared for, and my nails were way too thick, impossible to dry and looked too fake, not tasteful. Doing nails on the waiting benches clearly bothered guests. Customer experience should be the priority, not the sheer frequency of bookings, no matter the season.
