About every 5 times I go here, I'm not happy with the results. Today my gel pedicure just wasn't perfect and I'm a little bummed. The nails look slanted and not shaped well and I wouldn't say the level of detail that I expect is there.

I go here all the time and usually love it, but was disappointed with the manicure I received this week. My therapist forgot me halfway through: left me at the drying machine and started someone else's treatment?! I was waiting 20 mins before I could get another therapist's attention. Staff were largely v vigilant about Covid safety (eg temperature checking), but one customer who was refusing to wear a mask and messing around wasn't challenged - I'm pregnant and felt v uncomfortable as a result.
