Usually I wouldn’t have a bad word to say about the place but this time I was disappointed at the disparity between the price displayed on treatwell and that which I was required to pay in the salon. A treatment stated as costing 35 pounds online was now 42 pounds in store. And when I questioned why, there was no reasonable explanation. This has been my go to salon for two years and in future will pay on treatwell to avoid feeling scammed.
