After an initial assessment which took about 15 minutes, Sylvan got to work on my shoulder and left arm with myofascial therapy. Following about 30 to 40 minutes of (quite intense and painful at times) manipulation I couldn’t believe the difference afterwards with much improved over mobility of the shoulder but also reduced pain.
Yes, I was sore in places the next day and the shoulder and upper arm is still not pain free but I’m looking forward to the next treatment session & further progress!
