Having had a mobility problem for the past 19 years and had to deal with pain 24/7 I’ve had a lot therapy treatment but none previous has had the affect that Laura has had she has managed to reduce my pain help me stand, walk & sleep to a manageable standard which while I’m waiting for operations for joints replacement has improved my everyday pain level to an acceptable level to the point I now have been able to reduce all the 27 pain tablets I was taking down to 6 what a bonus I can’t thank Laura enough.

I had a painful groin and inner thighs. An hour with Sylvan relieved me off the pain and brought back mobility into my groin. Now I can work out and move freely.

Rich Therapies is AMAZING, I won’t go anywhere else when it comes to massage and general treatments. Mira is brilliant, she manages to release all the stresses from my body, I always feel great after my visit. I can not recommend Rich Therapies and Mira enough. 😀
