So basically, I've said it before but it serves saying again. Mira is amazing. She is clearly responding to you from what she learns about you of the course of the treatments, and checking in before each treatment, and importantly, during each treatment she is clearly responding to how you are responding. Reflexology is an amazing, nourishing, insightful experience.

Nothing could be better. It was as relaxing as it always is. I'm always amazed to find out what my feet tell me about my well-being. Jay always explains this to me at the end and tells me to relax more; something I'm not good at outside Rich Therapies. Always manage it there though!
