my visit is always pretty much the same, you are greeted with a smile and a drink of your choice, its calming and music in the background adds to the ambience then you wait 5 mins then sylvan comes out greets me with a hug then to treatment always nice to pass the rooms which I don't normally see if there is no treatment as they are all beautiful to look at..
