I was in pain! Roanne worked the areas that were my main trigger points and by the end i felt much more relaxed, less pain and had more flexibility.
Always a great massage, as ‘maintenance’ or remedial. Always gets the right spots and makes a real difference.

Down point is the steps down to the door are very slippery in wet conditions not looking forward to coming when the weather is snowy
